Hey there, it’s your Beauty Bestie, Olivia Smalley. I am so excited that the time is finally here, I’ve been sharing my passion for all things beauty, hacks and hair with you for a while. Here’s what to focus on: self awareness, think, “What’s the worst that can happen?”, write down a plan, hold your anxiety accountable.
Every single day, we are planting the seeds of our life. It’s always darkest in the middle of the tunnel, when we feel like turning back towards the light; we have to remember to pushing forward (from my friend Jen Wilder) photo below.
All of a sudden, the sun will shine down and that’s when we begin to relish and truly feel grateful. I practice gratitude every single day, and I recommend you do the same.
